Tuna and White Bean Salad

1 ? cups chopped peeled cucumber
? cup chopped fresh parsley
? cup thinly sliced red onion
1 ? tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
1 15-ounce can cannelini beans, drained and rinced
2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
1 2-ounce jar diced pimiento, drained
Combine all ingredients and toss well.
