Deep Fried Olives

pitted green olives

Take pitted green olives; pipe some mashed seasoned goat cheese into where the pit was; flour them, egg them, crumb them, and fry them.

You can used olives taht are already pitted, either plain or stuffed with various things like lemon or garlic. If piping goat cheese into the cavity seems like too much bother, you can omit it or use one of the ready-stuffed varieties: the whole point is the olive.
