Lemon Cheesecake Bars

For crust:
2/3 cup finely crushed graham crackers (approx. 9 square crackers)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

For cheesecake:
2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese or light cream cheese (not fat free)softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons crushed graham crackers

Cream together cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar. Add eggs, lemon peel, and juice; mix well with hand mixer. Pour onto baked layer. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is set. Sprinkle with graham crackers, cool and cut. Store in the refrigerator.
