Rose and Cardamom Lassi

2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup cane sugar
2 teaspoons rosewater
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
6 ice cubes


Combine the yogurt with 1/2 cup cold water, sugar, rosewater, and cardamom in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until completely incorporated. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
