pepper, thyme, ginger, white pepper, Korintje cinnamon.)

For barbecue sauce, combine 3 teaspoons of seasoning in 2 cups tomato sauce. Brush on ribs toward the end of cooking or bake chicken or pork chops in the oven and brush with sauce for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
For grilling: baste steaks, chicken skewers, fish skews, meat skewers, or veg skewers.
As a rub, sprinkle on ribs then slow cook at 220 for 4-6 hours or 240 for 4-6 hours. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and barbecue rub and grill 3-5 minutes per side. Sprinkle on veggies, grilled or pan seared shrimp, skewered shrimp.
