Basic Satay Blend

Sate seasoning: salt, brown sugar, garlic, white onion, coriander, shallots, ginger, turmeric, paprika, Ancho pepper, galangal, cayenne, lemon grass.


Sprinkle heavily on chicken breasts or fish fillets; 2-3 tsp. per lb.
