Edamame Dip with Miso and Ginger

2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons water
3 cups cooked edamame
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar


Combine ons miso with tablespoons water.

Put all edamame, miso mixture, and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and pur?e until relatively smooth. For a thinner consistency, add another tablespoon of vinegar or water.
