Caribbean Green Sauce

1 cup chopped chives
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped ginger
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
1/4 cup chopped thyme
2-4 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of water

Directions:

1. Place in a blender or food processor and mix to a consitency which one prefers. Additional herbs such as rosemary, sage, bhandhanya, sado beni and cilantro can also be used. Water can even be substitued for citrus juices or even wine. When finished pour into a plastic or glass container and SEAL PROPERLY, place in refridgerator.
