Coffee Barbecue Sauce

1/2 cups Strong Brewed Coffee
1 cup Ketchup
3/4 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cups Finely Chopped Shallots
1/2 cups Sweet Red Chili Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, Grated
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Sriracha Or Tabasco Sauce

Stir all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to simmer then reduce the heat to low until flavor melds, about 40 minutes, occasionally stirring the sauce. Cool to room temperature and serve. Will keep for about 2 weeks or more in the refrigerator.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
