Rhubarb-Ginger Yogurt (or Hummus, or Mascarpone) Dip

Take 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and mix in 1-2 teaspoons of rhubarb ginger achaar or to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or naan.

Some more fav combos are mixing plain hummus with roasted garlic achaar and tomato achaar with lebne or mascarpone cheese.
