1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups coconut panko
Mix cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Melt butter in saute pan over medium low heat.
After butter is melted, place coconut panko in pan. Toss continually to keep from burning. Remove from heat when panko turns golden.
Mix in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Sprinkle on top of pie filling, cheesecake, ice cream, yogurt, or fruit.
