Seasoned oil: 6 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil, 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary, salt and pepper
4 cups new potatoes
Boil potatoes until you can pierce them with a skewer (about 4-6 minutes ? don?t let them get too soft)
Combine remaining ingredients.
Brush grill with oil.
Thread potatoes on skewer and brush with oil mixture.
Grill over medium heat, rotating skewer often, until potatoes are crisp, about 8-12 minutes.
