Grilling Vegetables: Sweet Potato Wedges

4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Toss potato wedges with oil.
Sprinkle with spices.
Place on a grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill about 18 minutes until tender.
