Spanish Sangria

1 bottle fruity red wine (Rioja, Beaujolais, Zinfandel)
3 tablespoons Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or other orange-flavored liquor
3 tablespoons brandy
3 tablespoons rum, vodka, or gin
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange, sliced
1 cup sparkling water
Fresh seasonal fruit (oranges, apples, strawberries, etc.)

Mix all ingredients except water and frut and chill for at least three hours.
Immediately before serving, strain wine and add water. Garnish with fresh fruit.
