Olive Relish

1 cup black calamata olives*
3 cloves garlic
pinch of orange zest
1/4 cup olive oil


Combine all ingredients in food processor
Heat mixture for ten minutes over medium heat

Serve on crusty bread with a spicy red wine

* Any olive combination may be used
