400 grams strawberries
6-8 pieces of clove
1 small cinnamon stick
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup red wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
200 grams sugar

Clean and slice strawberries.
Add coves and cinnamon stick to a cup of water and boil it. Strain and save the liquid.
Whisk milk, cream and flour together.
Boil four cups of water and the saved liquid and the strawberries. Stir in milk, cream and flour mixture. Keep it boiling over very low heat, stirring frequently, for about five mintues.
Add the wine, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to boil one more time.
Chill and serve ice cold.
This is the soup we had in Budapest.
