2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup Mayonnaise (reduced or fat free OK)
2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese at room temperature (reduced OK)
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup chopped broccoli
Lightly grease 13×9 cookie sheet.
Press crescent rolls flat on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees or until lightly browned.
Combine ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix well.
Spread mixture on cookie sheet.
Top evenly with vegetables.
Chill well before serving. Serve cold.
