Mhalbi – Orange Flower Custard

1/3 cup cornstarch
3 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons orange flower water
1/2 cup almonds, pinenuts or pistachios
2 cups fresh raspberries

Dilute cornstarch in 1/2 cup milk, set aside
In medium saucepan, bring 2 1/2 cups milk, sugar and cinnamon to boil
Add cornstarch mixture and whisk continuously until thickened, about 5 minutes
Add orange flower water, stir well
Remove cinnamon stick before serving

Serve garnished with raspberries and nuts
