1 12-inch loaf of pita bread, opened
4 medium tomatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup feta
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place bread on lightly greased baking pan. Cover evenly with tomato and onion slices.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, garlic, and pepper.
Spread cheese evenly over top.
Sprinkle with oliive oil.
Baked at 250 10-15 minutes or until edges turn dark brown, then broil for 3 minutes.
