3/4 pound green beans, steamed crisp tender
2 teasppons butter
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in skillet. Add shallots and saute five minutes or until lightly browned.
Add green beans, pecans, salt, and pepper and saute about 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
