Tuna Pate

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
6 ounces tuna, well drained
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons snipped chives, dill, or flat leaf parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processor until thoroughly combined. Serve with baguette or crackers.
