1/4 cup parsley sprigs
1/4 cup cilantro sprigs
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash of ground red pepper
1 small garlic clove

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
Toss with seafood or mussels.
