Ramos Gin Fizz

1-2 cups crushed ice
1 egg white
1 oz. whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lime
2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. cub soda or seltzer
3-4 drops orange flower water


Place all ingredients in shaker and shake until mixture becomes frothy
Serve as a late breakfast garnished only with a straw

Note: go easy on the orange flower water to avoid an oppressively perfumy taste
