Moroccan Mint Tea

Chinese gunpowder tea
Mint to taste
Sugar to taste


Bring five cups water to boil
Place two teaspoons Chinese gunpowder tea in pot
Rinse fifteen sprigs of common mint and pack into pot
Add boiling water to pot
Add sugar to pot, to taste
Serve hot in small clear glasses
Add jasmine flowers or toasted pine nuts to glasses as garnish, if desired.
