Bananas with Rum and Brown Sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon canola oil
1/4 cup dark rum
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 ripe but firm bananas
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

In large skillet, stir brown sugar, butter and oil over medium heat until bubbling, about 1 minute
Add rum, lime juice and cinnamon, cook until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes
Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise and again crosswise and add to skillet
Cook, stirring, until tender, about 1 minute
Spoon into dessert dishes and top with a dollop of vanilla yogurt
