Jerk Fish Steaks

1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 chopped onion
4 fish steaks, totalling about one pound

Combine first 12 ingredients in blender and porcess until well blended.
Pour mixture into a large ziploc bag. Add onion and fish. Seal and marinate in refrigerator, about 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Heat grill. Place fish on grill and grill five minutes each side, or until done.
