Quick Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Yondu

Preheat broiler to HIGH.

On a sheet pan, combine cauliflower, oil and Yondu; toss until coated. Arrange cauliflower without crowding.

Place under broiler until golden brown, about 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Garnish with parsley, chili flakes and lemon zest, if desired.
